Pedro St. James Great House, Grand Cayman (OBM International)

Overseeing the project management of the entire restoration of the most significant historic building in the island chain, Paul was responsible  for the production of all construction documents as well as the tendering and procurement of contracts. The scope of work included all ancillary building such as theatre, gift shop, restaurant, outer sheds and grounds. Paul received a Citation of Merit from Caymanian government for his contribution.


Longos, Leaside Village, Toronto (Scolers & Lee Architects)

Paul Phillips was the project architect responsible for the assembly of working drawings and all contract documents and for the complete management of the project from design inception to opening day. The building underwent a complete restoration process (Goldsmith Borgal and Company Limited Architects) before it was renovated and fitted out as a new grocery retail and involved coordination with its new tenant to facilitate the new commercial retail facility.
